a) Delivery
Once an order has been received, processing starts immediately.
- For Nairobi orders Expect same day delivery; Except for orders made after 5 PM.
- For orders outside Nairobi give between 1-2 Business days for delivery via the available courier companies.
b) Return
Return can be initiated under certain circumstances a day after receiving the product.
